Standard Next Day
Delivery is Free subject to a minimum order value of £70 (ex VAT) within Mainland UK (except the Scottish Highlands*). Orders below £70 incur £8 delivery charge.
Premium Next Day
Delivery by 12:00 is an additional £6 subject to a minimum order value of £70 within Mainland UK only (please request this service when ordering). Orders below £70 incur £14 delivery charge.

Ex-Works
As part of our overall service provision we are happy to provide you with non-catalogue items to order.
Manufacturers minimum order values, delivery times and carriage may be applied. Our standard terms and conditions do not apply to non-catalogue items.
REJEL do not accept liability for any delivery failures incurred by third party carriers.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, please call Customer Services on 01234 273388. The Company will usually accept stock items back for credit provided they are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery/collection. Customers must accept and pay for goods (if tendered for delivery) on the contractual date. The Company reserves the right not to replace or credit goods claimed to be defective until it is confirmed the fault is not the result of improper use or installation. The cost of any returns will be borne by the customer.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the REJEL guarantee.
